Gerald Wik

Gerald Wik, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Gerald started their career as a Finance Intern at Orrstown Bank in 2001. After that, they worked as an Assurance Associate at Baker Tilly (formerly ParenteBeard LLC) from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Gerald joined BDO in 2006 as an Assurance Manager, specializing in financial statement audits for public and private companies. Gerald also conducted staff training and played a key role in implementing a new audit approach. In 2012, Gerald joined Centri Business Consulting, LLC as a Partner. During their time there, they assisted numerous clients with their financial reporting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and corporate governance requirements. Gerald also provided expertise in the filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and supported clients in the full implementation of SOX, including design, testing, and reporting. In January 2019, Gerald took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Centri. Overall, Gerald Wik's work experience showcases their expertise in financial auditing, compliance, and consulting.
