Carol Crum

Carol Crum, MA, BCBA, LBA, is an experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently serving as the Regional Clinical Director and Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Centria Healthcare since November 2015, Carol provides supervision for ongoing client cases and administers assessments such as VBMAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS. Prior experience includes working as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist at Henry Ford Health System, where direct one-on-one therapy was provided to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. Additional roles include Assistant Shift Supervisor at HomeLife, Inc., where direct care staff were supervised and trained, and an ABA Tutor at Kalamazoo RESA, implementing ABA procedures in an educational setting. Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Addiction Studies, and Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University.
