David Harbour

David Harbour is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Centria Healthcare since September 2022, David previously held the CEO position at Healthcare Associates of Texas from January 2018 to August 2022. David's earlier career includes serving as President of Residential Services at ResCare for a brief period in 2017, and various leadership roles at Epic Health Services, Inc., including Sr. Vice President of Operations, VP of Operations, and Regional Manager from March 2004 to July 2017. David began the career at Maxim Healthcare Services as an Account Manager from May 1999 to June 2003. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University between 1995 and 1999, with foundational education at Perry High.
