Kelsey Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kelsey started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Oregon State University in 2014, where they trained and developed employees and managed financial transactions. In 2016, they interned at Good Samaritan as part of their undergraduate degree requirements, analyzing patient and employee satisfaction and implementing new training procedures.
Following their internship, Kelsey joined Heartstrong Sleep Center as a Patient Care Coordinator, ensuring complete patient information and handling insurance verification. Kelsey later served as an Intake Specialist, managing referrals, inputting patient data, and determining appropriate care routes.
Since 2017, Kelsey has been working at Centria Healthcare, progressing through various roles. Kelsey started as a Client Services Manager, responsible for managing client relationships. Kelsey then served as a Senior Client Services Manager and Associate Operations Director before being promoted to Area Field Staff Director.
