Deborah Belyea (née Bell) is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance at Centric Brands, leading teams in a multi-billion dollar revenue organization. They co-founded Eath New Zealand and serve as a member of the Board of Directors at Powered by Flossie, an innovative consumer-tech startup. Previously, Deborah worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Perella Weinberg Partners and held roles at Gresham Partners, Cameron Partners, and Gilligan Rowe & Associates. They hold a degree from the University of Otago, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
