Shalin Patel

Shalin Patel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and investor relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Investor Relations at Ibotta, Inc. since April 2024, Shalin previously held the position of Technology Sector Head at Artisan Partners from 2023 to 2024. Prior experience includes a partnership role at Clearfield Capital from 2015 to 2023, principal at The Carlyle Group between 2011 and 2015, and analyst positions at both Och-Ziff Capital Management, focusing on distressed credit investing, and The Blackstone Group, specializing in restructuring and reorganization. Shalin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Management, from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively, earned between 2001 and 2005.
