Jocelyn Wirshba

Jocelyn Wirshba has extensive experience in the legal field. Jocelyn currently holds the position of SVP, Legal Affairs at Centric Brands. Prior to this, they worked as a Private Equity / M&A Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from July 2019 to September 2022. Before that, they served as a Private Equity / M&A Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2014 to June 2019. Jocelyn also worked as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis in 2013.

Jocelyn Wirshba earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Harvard University. Jocelyn later attended Harvard Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
