Marc Goldfarb

Marc Goldfarb has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Centric Brands since August 22. In this role, he oversees Centric’s global legal operations and teams, including all legal services, compliance and ethics, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and consulting on corporate affairs. Most recently, Mr. Goldfarb served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Kid Brands, Inc. from 2005 to 2014 and assumed the same role at Fullbeauty Brands from 2014 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he served as a partner in the law firm of Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher LLP and as an associate attorney at the law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Goldfarb earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
