Felix Villanueva

Felix Villanueva is the VP of Service at Centric Business Systems. Felix has over 25 years of experience in the customer service and support industry.

Felix started their career in 1989 as a Branch Service Manager at MCS Canon. Felix then moved on to Canon USA Gov't Marketing Division in 1995, where they served as the Assistant Director of Service. In 2001, they became the Regional Director of Service at Canon Solutions America, overseeing post-sales hardware and customer support for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Felix held this position for 17 years before joining Centric Business Systems in 2018.

Felix Villanueva completed a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Felix also attended Cardinal Hayes High School.

They are on a team with Shawn Moran - VP of Sales, Bob Mcmonagle - VP of Sales, and Jeff Hart - VP of Sales. Felix Villanueva reports to Rick Bastinelli, President.
