Amy McJoynt

Amy McJoynt enjoys a difficult, challenging project and figuring out ways to overcome and get it to green through strong communication, detailed understanding of risks and issues, and transparency with leaders to provide the information to make critical business decisions.

Amy is a leader in the delivery of Project and Program Management solutions for Chicago. She is also an Account Manager for an insurance client, where she has implemented large-scale process, program, and technology solutions over the past 5 years, working alongside a strong team of Centric consultants.

Prior to Centric, she spent 20+ years at Hewitt Associates and AonHewitt, starting as a developer building compensation survey and market pricing tools. She continued to grow in leadership and project management, ultimately leading the Application Development group for the consulting side of AonHewitt. They built a strong offshore team with Manish Mehra, who now leads our Centric India team.
