Hayley Beasy

Hayley Beasy is an experienced professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as the National People & Change Manager and Managing Consultant at Centric Consulting since March 2019. Prior to this, Hayley worked at Nationwide Insurance from January 2016 to March 2019 as an Enterprise Change Management Consultant, where responsibilities included supporting transformation programs and providing change management for a significant investment initiative. Hayley's career at Nationwide began in November 2009, where roles included Executive Management Assistant and Senior Executive Administrative Assistant. Hayley holds a Master of Business Administration focused on Business Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Psychology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, all obtained from Franklin University.
