Mike Gonzalez

Mike Gonzalez earned increasing responsibilities throughout my career and have worked successfully with people at all organizational levels and across organizational lines to successfully integrate project results.

He is responsible for managing the annual planning process throughout the year as well as leading improvements to the design of our planning tools and processes. He also manage internal investment projects and collaborates with company leadership in strategic and tactical decisions and directions.

Previously, he was a Senior Manager in the technology practice of Centric Consulting specializing in program/project management and business analysis. He has more than eighteen years of experience performing multiple roles in all phases of the software development lifecycle around business process and technical analysis.
