Rick A. Morris

Rick A. Morris, PMP, CHPC, CHBC, serves as the National Delivery Lead for Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management Services at Centric Consulting since June 2023. As the Owner and President of R2 Consulting, LLC since February 2009, Rick established a consulting firm focused on best practices in project management and agile delivery, achieving profitability in the first month of operations. Additional roles include Certified Specialist at Global Priority Solutions, Executive Director for the John C. Maxwell Team, and board member of Childcare Resources. Rick has held significant positions such as Head of Projects at GrowthDay, where leadership resulted in the successful onboarding of over 200,000 users within six months, and faculty member at The PM Circle, contributing to project management discussions. As a former radio show host on VoiceAmerica and podcast host for the Transformational Leader Podcast, Rick has shared insights on work-life balance and leadership. Rick’s educational background includes studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
