Tara Pottow

Tara Pottow is an experienced professional in business consulting and process improvement, currently serving as the Local Service Offering Lead and Consultant at Centric Consulting since March 2018. Prior to this role, Tara held the position of Senior Performance Improvement Consultant at St. Louis Children's Hospital from July 2017 to April 2018. With a background as a Lean Process Engineer in the supply chain sector at Novozymes from August 2015 to July 2017, Tara focused on LEAN initiatives and cross-functional team facilitation. Previous experience includes serving as Technical Operations Lead and Manufacturing Engineer at Harris RF Communications, engaging in new product introduction and utilizing Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement. Tara holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
