Carmen NG is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Onboarding & Integration in People & Culture at Centric Software since December 2015, Carmen has also held roles including Director of HR for Asia Pacific and Regional HR Manager for the same region. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager for Greater China at Lectra and HR Operations Partner at Misys International Banking Systems Inc. In addition, Carmen has held several HR operational roles at MATADOR Systems Pte Ltd, SM Retail, The Warehouse Ltd, LRC, SWAROVSKI, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. Carmen's academic background includes a degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
