Florian CHAPRON

Florian Chapron is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including retail, luxury, and technology. Currently serving as Responsable Commercial France at Centric Software since September 2021, Florian focuses on driving growth in critical markets. Prior to this role, Florian was a Sales Executive at Vocalcom and held several positions at Visiativ from 2011 to 2020, progressing from a teleprospection role to Regional Sales Director, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation initiatives for industrial companies. Additional experience includes roles in customer relationship management at Cartier and as a junior product manager for SkinCeuticals at L'Oréal. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Sales and Customer Service Management from Audencia and has completed executive training in selling to C-level executives.
