Riley Jehnichen

Riley Jehnichen serves as the Global Head of Sales Talent Acquisition at Centric Software, overseeing talent acquisition initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to facilitate growth in new verticals and software innovations since June 2024. Prior experience includes founding and recruiting at Bishop Talent Inc. from June 2020 to June 2024, where Riley managed full lifecycle recruiting for sales, product, and marketing divisions. Previously, Riley worked as a Technical Recruiter at Benchmark Recruitment from October 2019 to July 2020, handling recruitment for technical roles. Earlier roles included serving as an Executive Assistant at Neacsu Denner Group in 2017, focusing on communication and marketing support. Riley holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has educational background from Efterskolen ved Nyborg.
