Christina Weniger is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Centrica Care Navigators since February 2022, Christina has developed and implemented key initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations. Previously, Christina held roles such as Human Resources Manager and Sr. Talent Recruiter at Family Health Center, where the focus was on providing quality healthcare access to underserved communities. Christina’s background includes strategic HR advising at Shell Global Solutions and various roles at Shell in talent management, organizational change, and labor negotiations. Christina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management from Grand Valley State University.
