Nicole Hartman is an experienced social worker and counseling services manager currently employed at Centrica Care Navigators since November 2020. With a professional background that includes positions such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Memorial Epworth and Heart City Health Center, Inc., Nicole has expertise in psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and family therapy. Previous roles include Outpatient Child and Adolescent Therapist at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center and Family Service Worker at Starr Commonwealth, with a strong focus on coordinating care among various community providers.
