Nanna Damgaard Glad

Nanna Damgaard Glad has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Nanna currently holds the position of Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Centrica Energy, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate Identity, Strategy & Leadership Support at the same company. Nanna started their journey at Centrica Energy as the Head of Strategy, DK in 2018 and held the position until 2020.

Before joining Centrica Energy, Nanna worked at Neas Energy A/S as a Senior Business Process Manager and CRM & Process Manager from 2013 to 2018. Nanna also gained valuable experience at GRUNDFOS as a Project Consultant and Business Graduate from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as an Intern & Student Assistant at Vestas and held the role of Sales Manager at Studentersamfundet, Aalborg University.

Nanna Damgaard Glad holds an M.Sc. degree in Business Economics & Administration with a specialization in Organisation and Strategy from Aalborg University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Nanna also has a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration from the same university, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Nanna attended Frederikshavn Handelsskole from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained an HHX/Upper Secondary School degree, with coursework in Business, Law, International Economics, Psychology, English, German, Mathematics, and other subjects. Nanna completed the Project Excellence Advanced program at the Implement Learning Institute in 2015. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued further education in Business Finance at IMD. Nanna also completed an Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in 2023.
