Charlotte Gilbert

Charlotte Gilbert, a BA Hons First Class graduate, currently serves as a People Partner and previously held positions including People Graduate Talent Manager, People HR Graduate, and Learning & Development Solutions Partner at Centrica since October 2023. In these roles, Charlotte manages the intern experience, designs professional development programs, and addresses various employee relations matters. Prior experience includes roles at Haymarket Shopping Centre as Assistant Retail Sales Manager and as a Student Ambassador at the University of Leicester, along with positions such as Operations Performance Analyst, Student Researcher, Finance Administrator, and Sales Assistant across different companies.
