Cristina Mariages-Janssens

Cristina Mariages-Janssens is an experienced HR professional with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as HR Director Global M&A at Centrica since July 2018, Cristina leads all M&A aspects including due diligence and post-merger integration. Prior to this role, Cristina held the position of HR Director Europe & Australia at Domestic & General from September 2009 to 2017, overseeing international HR strategy across multiple countries. Additional experience includes serving as Director of OD & Talent at Low & Bonar PLC and HR Director for Clariant's Life Science & Electronic Division. Cristina began their career as a Legal Attaché in the private office of the Minister of Economy & Foreign Trade in Brussels, after earning a Master of Laws from the Free University of Brussels.
