Denise Fairhurst, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and employee insights. Currently serving as the Organisational Effectiveness and Insights Lead at Centrica since August 2023, Denise previously held several roles at Britvic plc, including Talent & Engagement Manager and Employee Experience Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee experience, engagement, and performance management cycles.
