Gavin Killen

Gavin Killen is an experienced professional in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Services at Centrica since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading a comprehensive overhaul of Bord Gáis Energy's web presence and establishing a specialized team of UX and technology experts. Previously, Gavin held various roles including Program Manager at Aer Lingus overseeing digital initiatives, Software Delivery Project Manager focused on mobile applications, and Customer Success Guy at Boxever, working with an international client base. Additional experiences include Senior Project Manager at Citi, Founder and CTO of Performance Tracking Solutions, and various project management roles across multiple companies. Gavin holds a degree in IT from Dublin City University and began their career founding G2CS to provide consulting services across various sectors.
