Heather Barlow

Heather Barlow is an experienced human resources professional with a rich background in organizational development, culture, and engagement. Currently serving as a People Partner at Centrica since September 2019, Heather has held various senior roles, including Senior Human Resources Consultant and Global Colleague Experience Consultant. Prior to joining Centrica, Heather worked at British Gas for eight years as an HR Business Partner and HR Partner for Internal Communications and Engagement. Heather's career also includes significant roles at Arla Foods amba, United Utilities, Vertex Data Science, and Ilford Imaging, demonstrating a strong focus on leadership development and employee engagement throughout an extensive career that began in 1995. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford.
