Jaime Thompson is currently the Director of Product and Engineering Services at Centrica, bringing extensive experience in software engineering and management. Previously, Jaime held leadership roles at American Express, Avalara, and Kaluza, where responsibilities included driving innovative projects, managing engineering teams, and implementing agile methodologies. Jaime earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Brighton and began their career in programming and analysis. Through a series of progressive roles, Jaime has developed expertise in fostering collaboration, technical strategy, and sustainable engineering practices.
