With a background in project management, Kiffey has previously held significant roles at NHS, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure and training for the national care records system, and at Tesco Plc, overseeing a team to deliver projects while balancing quality, time, and cost constraints. Earlier career experiences include project management positions at Nissan Motor Company and Ford Motor Company, as well as a foundational role as a Senior Systems Analyst. Kiffey's educational qualifications include a PDIP in Business Management from Henley Business School and a BSc in Computer Studies from The University of Sheffield.
