Marisa Arkle is currently the Head of Brand and Market Intelligence at Centrica, where they lead efforts in brand insights. Marisa previously served as an Insights Manager at John Lewis from 2016 to 2025, and prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Marks and Spencer from 2011 to 2016. They began their career as a Senior Research Executive at Ipsos MORI from 2008 to 2011. Marisa earned a 1st Class degree in History from the University of York, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
