Sally O'Hanlon (nee Newton) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Centrica since October 2016, where responsibilities include Legal, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance, Secretariat, Corporate Affairs, and Group Marketing. Prior to this role, O'Hanlon held various HR leadership positions at British Gas from October 2005 to September 2016, including Head of HR for several divisions and HR Business Partner for Residential Energy. O'Hanlon began her career at Centrica as HR Projects Manager from October 2003 to September 2005, and has also worked as HR Manager at Goldfish and HR Consultant at The AA.
