Victoria Archer

Victoria Archer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Manager and Senior Employee Engagement & Culture Consultant at Centrica since May 2021, Victoria has previously held significant roles such as Communications Team Leader at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, where pivotal communications strategies were implemented during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that, roles included Group Head of Internal Communications and Global Internal Communications Manager at Cobham Plc, where Victoria aligned communications strategies with corporate objectives. Earlier experience includes consulting for major global companies at DPA Management Consulting and managing client portfolios in advertising and marketing at Accord Marketing.
