Harel Muzafy

Harel Muzafy began their work experience in 2009 as a Security Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel. They then transitioned to working at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in 2016 as a Supply and Inventory Manager, where they were responsible for creating reports, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments. In the same year, they also worked at Sixense Entertainment, Inc. as an Implementation & Configuration Manager, leading the implementation and training of a PLM system and improving revision management practices. From 2018 to 2020, Harel held multiple roles at Trax Retail, including Implementation Manager and Team Lead, where they successfully turned around an unhappy client and managed a team of Data Specialists. Currently, they are working at Centrical as a Technical Account Manager.

Harel Muzafy obtained a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems from Ruppin Academic Center from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Salesforce, including CRM for Lightning Experience, Data Management, Data Modeling, Get to Know Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Basics, Sales Cloud Basics, Salesforce CRM Customization and Extension, Salesforce Platform Basics, Salesforce Platform for Business Users, and Service Cloud Basics, all in November 2020.
