Melissa Esposito

Melissa Esposito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management consulting. As the Senior Director of Customer Success at Centrical from January 2020 to July 2024, Melissa advanced the customer success initiatives after previously serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas and Customer Success Team Leader. Prior to Centrical, Melissa spent nearly six years at Deloitte, where responsibilities included developing user engagement strategies for Salesforce implementations, delivering organization design projects, and managing project governance for global financial services and pharmaceutical clients. Melissa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed a finance program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Additionally, as a G-1 Level Krav Maga Instructor at Krav Maga Experts, Melissa has demonstrated a commitment to personal development since joining in 2014.
