Brittany Konkle, CCMA

Brittany Konkle, CCMA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brittany started their career in 2013 at Insomnia Cookies, where they worked as a Shift Lead. Brittany then moved on to Claire's, where they served as a Third Key and later as an Assistant Manager. In 2015, Brittany joined The Elms Hotel as a Front Desk Representative, and in 2016, they worked at Candlewood Suites® Hotels as a Front Desk Representative/Night Auditor.

From 2017 to 2020, Brittany worked at CWI Gifts as a Customer Service Representative. Brittany then joined Zulily in 2020 as a Customer Care Specialist - Drop Ship Escalations/Floor Supervisor. In 2021, Brittany joined hims & hers as a Patient Care Specialist before transitioning to Centricity Research later in the year.

At Centricity Research, Brittany has held multiple roles, starting as a Medical Assistant from November 2021 to July 2022. Brittany then became a Pharmacy Clinical Research Coordinator from July 2022 to February 2023, and currently holds the position of Clinical Research Coordinator. Overall, Brittany has a strong background in customer service and has transitioned into roles focusing on patient care and clinical research.

Brittany Konkle, CCMA, has a comprehensive education history that includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare Management from Franklin University, which they pursued from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Medical/Clinical Assistant from the Ohio School of Phlebotomy in 2021. In 2011, Brittany commenced their education at Ivy Tech Community College, where they completed an Associate of General Studies degree in General Studies in 2014.

Additionally, Brittany holds several certifications to enrich their skillset. Brittany obtained the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) in June 2021. In the same year, they acquired certifications in Biomedical Research, GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus), Researchers - Information Privacy and Security (IPS) from the CITI Program. Furthermore, Brittany obtained the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in August 2022.
