Kat Nolan MRICS has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Development Surveyor at Birmingham City Council. Kat then joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 2012 as a Senior Surveyor, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Senior Valuation Surveyor at Andrew Grant. Since 2020, Kat has been working as the Director - Head of Valuation at Centrick.
Kat Nolan MRICS has a strong education background in economics and real estate. Kat received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham in 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economic Development Research & Policy from the same university, completing it in 2005. Kat then continued their education at Birmingham City University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Real Estate in 2007.
In addition to their educational accomplishments, Kat Nolan MRICS also holds two certifications from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
