Olivia Dukes MIRPM has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Olivia began their career at Lea Marston Hotel & Spa in 2012, where they worked as a Spa Therapist/Receptionist until June 2015. Olivia then moved on to Remus in 2015 and held the position of Assistant Property Manager until April 2016, after which they became a Property Manager until September 2019. Olivia then joined Centrick in September 2019 as a Property Manager, and quickly advanced to the role of Senior Property Manager in December 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Client Relations at Centrick, a position they have held since January 2023.

Olivia Dukes MIRPM pursued their education at South Staffordshire College, Tamworth Campus from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they obtained an NVQ degree in Spa Therapy. Prior to that, Olivia attended Bishop Walsh Catholic School from 2005 to 2010; however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
