A key feature of Centrick's unique approach is that we are able to offer a dedicated caretaker service that other property management companies do not provide. With this management service, day-to-day cleaning and maintenance works are not outsourced. Instead each development has its own dedicated 'caretaker'​ who takes personal ownership of both ongoing maintenance issues and, when necessary, subcontractor quality to ensure developments are always kept to an exceptionally high standard.
