Matthew Shenkman

Matthew Shenkman is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity, growth equity, and technology investments. As Managing Director at Centricus since February 2024, Matthew specializes in private equity and growth equity investments. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Partner at Alanda Capital Management Limited, overseeing private investments in a notable portfolio that included companies such as Revolut and Monzo. Matthew has also held a non-executive director position at Sensei Bio to assist in a shareholder dispute and was Managing Director and Head of Technology at TAP Advisors, where leadership was provided in technology investment and merchant banking. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Internet and Digital Media Investment Banking EMEA at J.P. Morgan, focusing on significant transactions in the internet and digital media sectors. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MBA in Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
