Rachana Kulkarni FCCA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachana began their career as an Auditor at Member of Baker Tilly International - Meralis Chartered Accountants UK from 2000 to 2004. Rachana then worked as a Senior Auditor at Newman and Partners in London, UK from 2006 to 2008. Rachana also served as an Associate Vice President at Get through Guides, where they focused on professional qualifications and consultancy from 2009 to 2012.

In 2012, Rachana joined KPMG India as a Manager in Accounting & Advisory Services. Rachana led various initiatives, including IFRS training and assignments related to forensic investigations and GAAP conversions. Rachana also managed the delivery of the ACCA qualification subjects at various colleges across India. Rachana subsequently became a self-employed ACCA/IFRS Consultant and Trainer from March 2012 to December 2012.

From 2016 to 2020, Rachana operated as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer, bringing their expertise to various projects. Rachana then joined Epson Europe B.V. in 2020 as part of the Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting team. In this role, they led the consolidation team, prepared accurate financial reports, offered IFRS guidance, and provided support on accounting tasks.

Most recently, in 2022, Rachana joined Centrient Pharmaceuticals as the Group Director of Accounting and Reporting.

Rachana Kulkarni FCCA has a diverse and extensive education history. Rachana obtained a Certi in IFRS from ACCA in 2019. Prior to that, they earned an FCCA degree in Accountancy and Finance from ACCA between 2001 and 2003. Rachana also pursued their education with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and became a CA Finalist in Accounting from 1995 to 1998. Before starting their professional journey in the field of accounting, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) from the University of Bombay from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Rachana has obtained a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn in 2022.
