Jay D. (Jared) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay (Jared) began their career as a Summer Intern at Fifield Piaker Elman Architects, where they gained insight into the architectural side of the construction field. Jay (Jared) then worked as a Project Management Intern at Plaza Construction, assisting the project manager on the Fulton St. Station project.

Afterwards, Jay joined Schussmeisters Ski Club, Inc. as a Bus Captain, where they helped club members load skis and snowboards onto the bus and delivered weekly announcements. Jay (Jared) then joined Ecker Window Corp as an Engineering Intern, measuring windows and compiling data for orders, while enhancing the company's image through excellent customer service.

Jay continued to advance within Ecker Window Corp, first as a Junior Sales Manager, responsible for reviewing potential project plans and ensuring orders were prepared accurately. Jay (Jared) eventually became the youngest Senior Sales Manager in Ecker Window Corp's history, building business opportunities and guiding the sales team to achieve goals.

In 2018, Jay co-founded JeffThe420Chef and served as the Director of Operations. Jay (Jared) collaborated closely with the CEO and other teams to develop the company's operations and steer its strategic direction.

Jay then joined unFederalReserve in 2021 as a Business Operations Manager, where they played a key role in the development and success of the eRSDL ecosystem, ensuring access to capital and maintaining marketplace stability. Currently, they are working as a Technical Operations Manager at Centrifuge, utilizing their technical expertise to manage operations effectively.
