Su Yu

Director & Senior Scientist at Centrillion Technologies

Su Yu has held a variety of research positions since 1998. In 1998, Su Yu was a Research Associate at Kagoshima University School of Medicine, where they focused on rheumatoid arthritis related studies. In 2002, Su Yu became a Research Scientist at Stanford University School of Medicine, where they designed and performed multiple functional assays to characterize GP2 knockout mice and managed and supervised technicians to maintain transgenic mouse colonies. From 2005 to 2018, Su Yu was a Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb (Medarex), where they evaluated the application of up-to-date genome editing technologies on transgenic/KO mice generation by in vitro (ES cell) and in vivo assays, isolated and purified total RNAs, and designed and evaluated transgenic/KO mice with ELISA assays, CNV assay, and sequencing analysis of B cell diversity. Since 2020, Su Yu has been a Director & Senior Scientist and Scientist at Centrillion Technology, Inc.

Su Yu began their educational journey in 1994 when they earned a Ph.D in Molecular Biology & Immunology from Kagoshima University. Su then went on to become a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine from 1999 to 2002.
