Andres Arbizu

Andres Arbizu has a diverse range of work experience in business development and corporate expansion. Andres is currently the Vice President of Corporate Expansion & Origination at CenTrio, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE North America Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they played a key role in major partnerships. Andres also served as a Senior Developer at ENGIE from September 2019 to January 2022. Before joining ENGIE, they held the position of Director of Business Development at IC Power from April 2014 to December 2018. Andres started their career at GDF SUEZ Energy North America, Inc. as a Manager of Business Development from January 2008 to April 2014. Andres also gained experience as a Manager of Business Development at Globeleq from October 2006 to December 2007 and as a Business Development Manager at Constellation NewEnergy from July 2005 to October 2006. Andres'searly career includes a summer internship as a Marketing Intern at The Gillette Company in 2004 and an Analyst role at Coastal Power Company from 1998 to 2001.

Andres Arbizu holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a focus on Marketing and Sustainable Enterprise, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Andres also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from Texas A&M University, earned between 1994 and 1998. Prior to their university education, they attended Elsik High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Andres obtained a certification in "The Zero-Carbon Transition Strategy" from ENGIE in 2019.
