L. Sean Hansen

L. Sean Hansen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance field. L. Sean has held various roles in multiple companies, showcasing their expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management. From 1994 to 2003, they worked at Textron Systems Sea and Land as a Manager of Accounting, where they improved training programs, enhanced tax reporting, and improved month-end close processing time. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Design and Transition Manager at Textron Finance Shared Services Center, responsible for account reconciliations and management of accounts payable. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Textron Systems Sea and Land, leading teams to identify and resolve business and product deficiencies. Starting from 2011, they worked as a Manager/Senior Manager/Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Textron Systems Sea and Land, overseeing budgetary programs, financial and performance reviews, and maintaining compliance with regulations. In 2019, they became an independent consultant, providing strategic and operational advisory services to the aerospace and defense industry. Lastly, in 2021, they joined CenTrio as the Finance Manager and later became the Director of Finance in 2024.

L. Sean Hansen received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans between 1992 and 1994.
