Adelle Desouza

Adelle Desouza is currently the Director of Field and Partner Marketing, EMEA at Centripetal since January 2023. Prior to this role, Adelle founded the Hirehigher's Rising Star Programme in February 2018. Adelle also held positions such as Digital Marketing Manager at Macquarie Telecom Group, Marketing Consultant at BECOME., and Head of Marketing at Timico. Adelle has a background in CSR management and marketing, with experience working in various countries across different industries. Adelle holds a BA Hons in Management from the University of York and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
