Richard Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Richard is currently serving as the Vice President of Partner Sales EMEA at NICE since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, EMEA Sales at Centripetal, a cybersecurity leader, from January 2023 to May 2023. From January 2018 to December 2022, Richard served as the Senior Vice President, International at Mitel, a company specializing in business communication solutions. Richard also worked as the Vice President, EMEA Sales & Head of Worldwide Channels at Purple - Intelligent Spaces from November 2016 to December 2017. Richard spent a significant portion of their career at Cisco Systems, where they held various positions including Managing Director, Partner & Commercial Sales, UK & Ireland from August 2011 to October 2016. Richard also served as the Operations Director, Distributed Government from November 2009 to July 2011 and as the Sales Business Development Director, Advanced Technologies, Europe from November 2006 to November 2009. Moreover, they have prior experience at SYMBOL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. as the EMEA Channel Director from October 2003 to October 2006, at WatchGuard Technologies Inc. as a Sales Director in 2002, at Riverstone Networks as a Business Development Director from 2001 to 2002, at Cisco Systems as the UK Regional Channel Sales Manager from November 1996 to April 2001, and at Azlan as a Business Development Manager from April 1992 to October 1996.

Richard Roberts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Nottingham from 1984 to 1988. Richard also obtained a Diploma in Applied Psychology, specifically in Human Computer Interaction, during the same period.
