Andrea Little has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at Centriq, including ten years as Vice President of AI Education & Services. In this role, Andrea focused on researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies to promote innovation and continuous learning within the organization. Andrea also played a key role in developing the 'AI for Business' workshop to help businesses utilize AI for improved productivity. Prior to this, Andrea was Vice President of Training Operations, where leadership of the Curriculum team enhanced student engagement and led to the creation of AI-based training tools. Earlier roles included Director of Training & Engagement, which involved developing leadership training programs, and Director of Career Operations, responsible for student support and career readiness initiatives. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Iowa Wesleyan University.
