Lydia DeMonte is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and creative leadership. As the Creative Lead at Centriq since July 2021, Lydia developed a comprehensive creative strategy for rebranding and company merging, while also designing the Brand Bible. Prior to this role, Lydia served as Creative Lead at Tek Ladder until its merger with Centriq and held various positions at Lockton Companies, including Graphic Designer and Senior Content Design Specialist, where Lydia contributed to a diverse range of projects from advertising to video content. Additional experience includes freelance creative services through DeMonte Pictures and production roles in commercial and film projects. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography/New Media from the Kansas City Art Institute and has completed a Study Abroad program in Photography at Otago Polytechnic.
