Prior to this, Stephan held significant positions at NetworkIP, including COO & CTO, where responsibilities included reorganizing operations for improved efficiency, implementing adaptive work procedures, and overseeing software engineering and project management. Stephan's career also includes roles as Vice President of Information Systems, Executive Director of Business Application Development, IT Director, and Account Manager. Earlier experience includes co-founding J&S Remodeling. Stephan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Tyler.
