Daniel Ellison

Daniel Ellison is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Centriworks since October 2022, Daniel leads MIT projects, conducts assessments, and provides tier 2/3 support, while also managing internal computing systems and documentation. Previously at Covenant Health as a User Support Analyst, Daniel troubleshot PC issues for over 11,000 systems and led a team in a significant device deployment project. Other roles include Technical Support Engineer at GE Healthcare, where Daniel handled support for hospital software and database management, and IT Technologist at Oak Ridge National Lab, focusing on user support and inventory management. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
