Elsa Phillips

Elsa Phillips, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Centro Global Solutions since July 2016, Elsa previously contributed to the American Public University System as Faculty Human Resources from June 2010 to June 2016, focusing on sourcing diverse candidate pools for faculty positions. Earlier in their career, Elsa held the position of Senior Human Resources Supervisor at Georges's Inc from August 1997 to November 2009, overseeing HR for approximately 1,100 employees in the Virginia Division. Elsa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from U.A.C. and further education from WASHRM.
