Vaibhav Mahajan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at DXC Technology since January 2022, Vaibhav has contributed to the TA Transformation journey, optimizing the Applicant Tracking System to enhance recruitment processes. Previous roles include Advisor-Talent Acquisition and Manager of the Talent Team at Deloitte India, where Vaibhav led efforts in ERP Technology recruitment and implemented gig hiring processes. Additionally, experiences at The Boston Consulting Group and earlier positions at Deloitte, Protiviti, Capgemini, and Maven Workforce further solidify expertise in global talent acquisition and HR strategies. Vaibhav holds an HR degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Delhi University.
